Yes, we require a deposit of 10% for private events and the balance must be paid 14 days before your night. Corporate events are invoice either +7 or +30 days. We request that deposits are paid with in 14 days from booking.

We offer payment plans for events booked at least 3 months in advance. You can choose from weekly. fortnightly or Monthy payments to suit you. We have some couples utilizing this feature to help budget for their wedding by paying as little as $15/week. We request that the final payment is at least 14 days before your event

We sure do! We often run promotional package deals for hire of multiple items. Please ask we love to bundle!

Our light up letters are 1m tall. The width varys from 30cm ( i ) to 1.4m ( W ) between letters so if you are looking to place our letters in a particular place please ask for an estimated width. We do have 1.5m LOVE letters as well as the standard 1m Letters, you can see the difference in the photos below.

Due to the shear size of the letters, there are very few vehicles suitable to pick them up. So unfortunately we can not offer pick up.

We are unable to sell the light up letters at this time because the time to replace them at the moment is too great. Perhaps polystyrene letters are an option for you to own them? Check out our other items page.

Only one within about 10 meters. Alternatively we can supply a battery pack, however we need to know beforehand :)

We have 3 types of bulbs Warm white The warm white is the default choice, great for every setting. Looks professional and classy. Cool white Our cool white bulbs look clean and fresh, a beautiful look RGB colour bulbs that come with a remote control For a truly bold fun look, consider our coloured bulbs. Choose from 16 colours as a static choice or fade each bulb from one to the next. Great for later in the party

Oh, so many. So many letters 😂 We have multiples of everything, and even more of the vowels. What we dont have is a big enough warehouse, but who ever does :) We have giant Love hearts, hash tags, @ symbols, full stops . and even a giant light up cause ribbon! Feel free to ask if we have the letters you want available on your day.

Whilst we wont set the letters up in the rain, if it rains later in the day thats ok. We always ensure that our power sources are water tight and the light bulbs are 12v so no risk of electric shock. Whilst no one invites rain to their event, it can make for some awesome photos.
